The dance lasts two minutes and the most important beat for the dancer is the last beat--s/he must end exactly in time with the musicians. Charity Offril dances with the San Francisco Bay Area group, Te Mana 'O Te Ra.

The simplicity and purity of the filmmaking approach is deceptive.
