masculine atychiPhobia

masculine atychiPhobia was created around the stigma in many societies that targets men being seen as weak when they fail, usually in the workplace, but in all areas of life. atychiphobia is the fear of failure, and when men encounter failure, or do not act as masculine men when failure approaches, they are seen as weak and incapable of upholding societal standards.

#2 Movement and masculinity
A stunning piece! The artistry and symbolism in this choreography is breathtaking. The use of negative space and hued lights was diverse; it brought together a powerful feeling of failure and darkness but through the lens of different perspective. The aesthetic choice of the clothing and how the ties move and represent the piece was very enjoyable to watch too. Fantastic work HWeinmaster.
#1 The artistry
I love the abstract, artistic choices made in this piece! I feel that it’s the perfect blend of concert and commercial dance. Magnifico!
