i really like this video... the message is great and more people need to acknowledge these things and provide encouragement to dancers... criticism isn't the only way to motivate dancers to be as great as they can be... and the honesty in what is said here is a real eye opener... thank you for sharing (and i'm so glad this video was moved here, a much better forum then future star award comp)...
