Frequency is the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit time. Dance is an art form, an expression through moving rhythmically to music that usually follows a set sequence of steps. When the two elements of physics and dance are fused together, there is a rainbow of endless possibilities. To dance according to the speed of colour, the nature of sound and the composition harmonics, each component is essential to the next; each an integral detail to what we see and hear in our daily lives.
