you have very njice arches but you need to make sure you are completly rolling through try going slow at first so that you can learn how it feels.

Maybe the shoes too big, if your knuckling ( I can't tell from the vid.), ask your teacher for advice. You could add a cushion on your heel if you are.

I do think you need different shoes. I think the vamps on the Gaynors are too high for your toes. If you get shorter vamps, it'll make the knuckling stop. I think they are also too narrow. Great work tough! You are really strong!

You have really beautiful arches!!

I wasn't that good after just three classes! You are doing very well. You do need to work on getting over the box more. When you do relevés on one foot, your other foot looks like it is just hanging there. Make sure it stays in place. Other than that, it looks great!
